Kansas City Volleyball Club

Our Purpose

The purpose of our club is to provide an environment where young athletes will improve in the game of volleyball and learn the important values of team, spirit and sportsmanship, a “Culture of Excellence.”   We will encourage the development of skills and techniques necessary for players to compete at a higher level in the game of volleyball, focusing on the physical, mental, and emotional development of all players. We will utilize the sport of volleyball to teach life-long lessons to our players (leadership, teamwork, hard work ethic, dealing with adversity and success, communication, ethics, loyalty etc.)  Our goal is to  “Develop Better Players, Better Teams, Better People.”

Effort, Attitude, Teamwork

Our teams will always revolve around Effort, Attitude and Teamwork!

We will not lose because of something we can control!  We can't control the other team, we can't control the refs, we can't control fans, there are dozens of things we can not control, but we CAN control our effort, attitude and teamwork!
